How I Work

I provide one-to-one support for individuals dealing with addiction, alongside guidance for families navigating complex situations.

This work is not theoretical. It involves being present, establishing structure, and maintaining accountability during periods where consistency is often difficult to sustain.

What this typically includes

Establishing daily structure and routine

Ongoing accountability and check-ins

One-to-one support in real-world environments

Support during high-risk or transitional periods

Coordination with families and relevant professionals

Clear, consistent guidance when decision-making becomes difficult

Each situation is different

Every case is different. The level of support required depends on the individual, the environment, and the complexity of the situation.

All work is tailored accordingly, with a focus on discretion, consistency, and long-term stability.

Ways I Work

Live-in / Intensive Support

For situations requiring full-time structure and presence. This typically involves working closely with the individual in their day-to-day environment, establishing routine, accountability, and stability during critical periods.

One-to-One Coaching

Ongoing support through regular calls and structured check-ins. Suitable for individuals who require guidance, accountability, and consistency without full-time involvement.

Initial Consultation

All work begins with an initial call to understand the situation and determine the appropriate level of support.

About Aidan

I work with individuals and families dealing with addiction, providing structured, one-to-one support during periods where things can become difficult to manage.

My experience includes working with The Balance Rehab Clinic in Mallorca, supporting clients through treatment, transition, and back into real-world environments.

This has involved close coordination with families, therapists, and clinical teams in complex and often high-pressure situations.

Much of this work has taken place in private, live-in settings, where consistency, discretion, and clear judgement are essential.

I am also in recovery myself. That shapes how I approach this work. I understand how quickly things can become unstable, and how important structure, accountability, and presence are when stabilising them.

My approach is practical and grounded in real experience. It’s focused on what actually works day-to-day, not theory.

  • “I had the joy of having Aidan as my personal manager throughout my treatment journey. Many people tried to help, but it often didn’t feel genuine. Aidan stood out by consistently going the extra mile. He was personally invested in me and my recovery, and his support felt genuine and sincere. He changed my mindset and how I viewed my recovery. Seeing his personal journey with sobriety was inspiring and gave me hope that true, lasting change was possible. He advocated for me and my needs, and approached every situation with compassion and empathy. I strongly recommend him to anyone navigating recovery. It can be very difficult, but his compassion, dedication, and authenticity make a profound difference every step of the way.”
